Questions & Answers

Here are some answers to common questions.

An ATCO Group is a small group associated with our church and led by members of our church. ATCO Groups are a place where you can walk through life together with people who share a common walk, a place where you can develop deeper friendships, a place where you can serve and grow in your faith.

Our groups follow a semester based system which include 3 annual semesters (Fall, Spring, and Summer). The Fall and Spring Semesters are usually 15-17 weeks long and the Summer Semester is usually 6-8 weeks long. Different groups meet at different times. Some groups follow the traditional Sunday School model and meet at the church on Sundays at 9:45am. Other groups may meet different days throughout the week at diffrent locations such as in homes, a work place, a coffee shop, etc...

We all belong in God's family with other believers. We need each other. We need encouragement to grow spiritually. We are better together. We need accountability to grow spiritually (Pro. 27:17, Gal. 6:1-2, Heb. 3:13). Jesus is present when we fellowship together. There is power when people pray together. Fellowship is a witness to the world. I am obligated to other Christians. All of these are just a few of the wonderful reasons to join an ATCO Group!

ATCO Groups are intentional about Bible study, fellowship, communion, prayer, support and care, building friendships, worship, and outreach. The purpose of a group is to help you live out your faith with meaning and purpose. All of your spiritual, social, and supportive needs as a person will be discovered and met in a group.
